Free Meal Trackers to Stay Organized

These are the meal and wellness planners I use and they’re tottally free!

Okay, so here’s the thing. I’ve always been a planner girl at heart. I love anything that makes life feel a little more put together. But when it came to food, I used to be all over the place.

I’d forget what I bought, waste half my groceries, and end up ordering takeout even though I had a fridge full of ingredients that I had no plan for. You know the feeling.

I wanted to put together a set of trackers that actually help. Not something that looks cute and then never gets used, but something you can print out, stick on your fridge, keep in your planner, or pull up on your iPad and genuinely rely on throughout the week.

I created a pack of four simple pages that make planning, shopping, and staying on track feel way easier. If you love anything that brings a little order into your week, you’re going to love these.

The Weekly Food Tracker

This is the page that made me realize how helpful it is to actually write down what I eat. The daily boxes let you fill in breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, notes, water intake, your mood, and if you worked out that day.

It’s super clean and easy on the eyes, and it gives you such a clear picture of your week. Each day has the same setup and little mood icons that make the whole thing feel fun.

I love using this one when I’m trying to notice patterns. Sometimes I don’t realize how often I skip breakfast or how much snacking I do until I see it on paper.

There’s also a space at the end of the week that says how did I do this week. It’s such a nice chance to pause and reflect and be aware of the little habits that make you feel good.

The Weekly Meal Planner

I’m not kidding when I say this page makes my whole week feel calmer. When I sit down and map out what I want to eat for the week, everything else just feels easier.

The layout is super simple. You get space for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for every single day from Monday to Sunday, and it’s all on one clean page.

I usually fill this out on Sunday. I sit down with my phone or my recipe board and decide what I want to make for the week. It takes maybe 10 minutes, but it saves me so much stress during the week.

When everything is planned out, there’s no standing in front of the fridge hoping inspiration hits. You already know what you’re cooking. It just makes the whole week smoother.

The Grocery Checklist

Grocery shopping feels so much easier with this. Everything is divided into categories like Meat and Fish, Produce, Dry Goods, Baking and Dairy, Household, and Others.

There’s a little date area at the top too so you can stay organized if you save these from week to week or keep them in a binder. Having everything separated keeps you from wandering around the store forgetting what you came for.

The layout also helps you avoid buying random things you don’t need. When your list actually makes sense, you spend less, waste less, and remember what you planned for the week. It’s so simple, and makes grocery shopping feel easy.

Weight and Wellness Goals Pages

If you like to keep track of your weight this one is pretty simple. Inside the PDF, there are clean, minimal pages for monthly and quarterly tracking. Every month from January to December has space for your weight goal and actual weight.

Then there are the 90 day check-ins where you can write your goals and your actual progress. It’s very simple and very flexible. I wanted a space that felt more like a wellness check in than a rigid tracker.

No pressure, no rules, just a place to be aware of how you’re doing. Staying fit and healthy is all a part of self care and wellness so I hope this helps you stay on track.

How All Four Pages Work Together

Here’s how I like to use the whole pack as a weekly routine. I start with the meal planner and write out the meals I want to make that week.

Once that’s done, I grab the grocery checklist and write down everything I need. Then throughout the week, I use the food tracker to keep an eye on how I’m eating and how I’m feeling.

Every week or so, I check in with the monthly or quarterly goals just to stay aware of my progress. It’s a simple little flow that keeps everything connected.

Nothing feels overwhelming. It’s just a calm, organized way to move through the week. And I love systems that feel easy because those are the ones that actually stick.

Why I Created This Pack

I made these because I wanted something functional that didn’t feel dramatic. I wanted clean pages that I could print, reuse, or use digitally without feeling like it was another thing taking up mental space.

I needed something that helped me stay consistent without adding stress. If you’re juggling work, kids, life, or trying to build better routines, these templates make everything feel lighter.

Creating this pack made me realize how much easier my weeks feel when I have a plan. Even a loose one. It takes away so much of that last-minute stress and it helps me feel more grounded.
